m STEWS will perform the Servikes according to the following parameters and in accwdano with the Service Options selected by Subscriber
(a) Recall Alerts - STERIS will provide a recall alert monitoring and noligcallon service for STERIS equipment
(b) Oocumentamn - The parties agree to provide each other with the following documentation with respect to the Equipment.
(1) an accurate inventoryof the Equipment, 0he current form olwhich is intruded inthis agreement (the"Equipmenl List").
(g) Subject to the omfidermahty obfigalions contained In Section 13 below, STERIS will provide Subscriber with copies of all field service corrective maintenance work orders
related to the Equipment that Is owned or operated by Subscabar
(c) Normal Working Hours- The Services will be performed Monday through Friday, 800 A M to 5100 PM. local time, excluding federal holidays ('Normal Working Hours")

(d) liesponse Time - STERIS will provide the following response times for unscheduled service calls placed through the STERIS Call Center at 1-800,W-8828

4. Term and Terml nation:
(a) Initial Tom and Renewal -The Initial Term, and any Renewal Term (as defined herein), shall automatically renew for an additional one (1) year term (each a'Renewal Term')
unless eaher party provides at least sixty (60) days written police to the other prior to the expiratron of the Initial Term or any Renewal Tenn.
