WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REQUIREMENTS FOR HORIZONTAL BORING OR PIPE JACKING PER THE BID
INVITATION AND ANY REFERENCED SPECIFICATIONS
The City of Fort Collins is requesting bids for horizontal boring or pipe lacking This bid will
consist of two (2) bores for Light and Power Utility and one (1) bore for the Water Utilities This
bid will also be the basis for an annual contract that is renewable for up to four (4) years As of
now, four (4) more bores are scheduled to be completed this year
The successful bidder must enter into the attached services agreement (sample) and supply
proof of insurance "Exhibit B" as requested Liquidated damages of $500 00 for each and every
day, will be assessed in the event the Contractor does not complete the work as specified in the
work orders
There are two different Technical Specifications -
Specification 1 is for Light and Power
Specification 2 if for Water
