MY EXPERIENCE LEVEL IS IN CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING NOT JANITORIAL OR HARD FLOORS BEING
WITH STANLEY STEEMER FOR 19 YEARS 1 HAVE WETAND DRY-CLEANED MORE THAN ENOUGH TO MAKE THE
CITY OF FORT COLLWS FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH MY COMPANY TO BRIEFLY EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES

Thank you for submitting a bid for the Carpet Maintenance Project, Bid # 5300 Although your
company was the apparent low responsive bidder, the City of Fort Collins is rejecting your bid
due to being non -responsive to the minimum requirements of the Bidder Qualifications Through
the references provided by your company, the City has determined that you do not have the
minimum experience in number two and four of the Bidder Qualifications
Number two of the Bidder Qualifications states, "Bidder must have successfully completed a
minimum of 100,000 square feet yearly using the water -based dry cleaning powder compound
technique" Number four of the Bidder Qualifications states, "Bidder must have successfully
rotated modular carpet attic stock to the floor using manufactures recommended procedures
Although the City is rejecting this bid, please continue to respond to our bid requests We will
continue to need your companies services in the years to come and will keep you on the vendor
list
