Re Bid #5328 Revegetation & Stabilization
The original agreement for this project was prepared using an incorrect format Therefore, a
new set of agreements using the correct Work Order format is being forwarded to you for your
signature There is no need to include insurance certificates as we will use the certificates
attached to the previous agreements The only changes to the new agreements are
1 Includes text relating to Work Orders
2 Part 3 Execution, 3 1 General - this section has been modified to clearly show how a Work
Order is to be used
3 Exhibit B, Work Order form has been included
4 Exhibit C, Item Description has been included
I have enclosed four (4) sets of contract documents regarding the above captioned matter
Please sign the four (4) copies, and return all copies to me After the signatures have been
obtained, a copy of the agreement will be sent to you
