Dear Mr Otto
The North Front Range MPO wishes to extend the above referenced
agreement, per the existing terms and conditions The agreement will
be extended for one (1) additional year, August 1, 2007 through July 31,
2008
If the renewal is acceptable to the City of Greeley, please sign this letter
in the space provided and return it to North Front Range MPO, Financial
Manager, 419 Canyon Ave, Suite #300, Fort Collins, CO 80524, within
the next fifteen days Also please include any applicable revised
"Preventive Maintenance Check List" and "PM Schedule and Labor
Rate' sheets for this contract year
If this extension is not agreeable, we ask that you send us a written
notice stating that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the
reason for non -renewal
