EXPRESSIVE ACTIVITIES. Expressive activities are not allowed
within any buildings or their adjacent food service patio areas at
golf courses Expressive activities are allowed on the grounds of
golf courses, provided these activities do not interfere with
golfers, golfing or maintenance activities, with access to and from
the golf courses, or with the golfers full enjoyment of the
courses, which is the normal, customary, and intended purposes of
golf courses. The gathering of signatures will be limited to the
outdoor area adjacent to the entryway to the Golf Pro Shops only,
and any tables or chairs or the security of the signature gathering
area will not be provided by the golf courses or its staffs
ADVERTISING DEVICES. No advertising devices may be posted,
displayed, or distributed in any building or on the grounds of golf
courses, unless it is a part of the contractual agreements,
management, or advertising packages administered by the Golf
Division. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to tee box
markers, benches, ball washers, golf holes, pencils, scorecards,
directional or rules signs, scoreboards, golf tournaments or events
announcements, golf tournament sponsor displays, golf course
affiliated groups notices, handicapping services, as well as
merchandise or products sold by the golf professionals or snack bar
concessionaires.
