NO OFF -PREMISES LIQUOR ALLOWED
Colorado Liquor Code 9 1247 901 H 1 states that it is illegal to bring onto this golf
course or to possess/consume any alcoholic beverages not sold at this golf course
Violation may result in the disposal of said illegal alcohol and/or the immediate loss of
golf course playing privileges
Potential Procedure
No coolers are allowed on the golf course unless specifically approved by the Golf
Professional
Signage will be obviously located on the 1st and loth Tee Boxes and in the Clubhouse
with similar wording on the scorecards.
If we discover or are made aware of illegal off -premises alcohol on the golf course, we.
1 Indicate to the golfer(s)/customer(s) that the illegal off -premises liquor must
immediately be removed from the golf course *
2 If the golfer(s)/customer(s) do not want to leave the course to remove the illegal
alcohol, then the golfer(s)/customer(s) are given the option of asking the golf course
staff to remove the liquor and destroy it, or the golfer(s)/customer(s) can immediately
destroy it.
3 If the golfer(s)/customer(s) refuses to comply with these options, then we will call the
Police
4 Depending upon the circumstances, the golfer(s)/customer(s) may also be asked to
immediately leave the golf course, or risk potential trespassing charges in addition to
liquor violations
* If in a golf cart, golf staff may, as a part of their job function, at their discretion, drive a
golfer/customer to and/or from their vehicle in the parking lot to remove the illegal
alcohol from the course
Finally, when we have these situations, we need to make a record of the actions taken,
including the date, time of day, location, and any other pertinent information
