CREDIT CARD REIMBURSEMENT

The City's contractual golf professionals at City Park Nine, Collmdale, and SouthRldge Golf
Courses utilize the City of Fort Collins' electronic data capture credit card system for all City
transactions, as well as some pro shop transactions Credit card purchases using this system are
automatically deposited into the City's batik account "1 lie golf piofessional has the option to install
his/her own credit card system for pro shop transactions and account for those transactions separately
from City business Each day the City's share of business is posted to the City's Daily Deposit
Report City credit card receipts are then subtracted out of total revenue to determine the actual cash
deposit for the day The golf professional retains sufficient cash and checks to cover his/her share
of the golf course i evenues each day If the golf professional elects to use only the City's credit card
system, at certain limes of the year, City credit card receipts may exceed the City's deposit When
this situation occur s, the golf professional must include the total amount of City credit card receipts
on the City's Daily Deposit Report A copy of this Credit Card Reimbursement Memorandum must
be submitted to the appropriate City personnel in order for the golf professional to be reimbursed for
his/her portion of the City's credit card receipts
