RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USAGE
OF CITY OF FORT COLLINS GOLF COURSES

1 The Golf Course is for registered golfers only Any other use of the Golf Course is prohibited
unless specifically approved by the Golf Professional
2 U S G A Rules govern all play Observe Local Rules on Score Card
3 The Golf Course Staff and the Course Marshall/Ranger/Monitor have full authority to manage
the golf course and enforce the Codes, Rules, and/or Regulations
4 All players must check in with the Starter in the Pro Shop before teeing off
5 Each player must have a set of golf clubs and bag or appropriate club carrier
6 Proper shoes and attire will be wom on the course at all times No steel spikes
7 No practicing on the golf course, fairways, or greens All practicing must be done at the
designated practice area(s) of the facility
8 No fivesomes (or more) will be allowed except as specifically approved by the Golf Professional
9 Anyone possessing or playing range balls will lose playing privileges
10 Stay within %2 hole of the group in front of you to maintain speed of play, as slow play will not be
tolerated Allow faster players to play through
11 Only alcoholic beverages, food, and other beverages purchased at the golf course are allowed on
the golf course No coolers are allowed unless specifically approved by the golf professional
12 Always seek a safe shelter if lightning or severe weather conditions occur
13 Only 2 riders on a golf cart at all times Persons under age 16 are not allowed to operate City
golf carts
14 Drive golf carts responsibly Reckless or abusive driving will not be permitted Do not drive golf
carts into water hazards, bunkers or traps, or over Tees or hills/mounds around Greens and Tees;
and keep golf carts at least 10 to 15 yards from apron of Greens unless on a path where provided
Players use the City of Fort Collins Golf Courses at their own risk, and the Staff at the City Golf
Courses reserve the right to refuse playing privileges to anyone not complying with City Codes and
Golf Course Rules and Regulations Abuse of any Code, Rule, and/or Regulation may result in the
immediate loss of playing privileges, either with or without a refund, to be determined by the Golf
Professional
