Subject: Spill and Chemical Cleanup Response Contractor
For the past several years, the City had a contract with Custom Environmental Services (CES) to help
with spills and chemical cleanups The contract with CES expired this year and they will no longer serve
as the City's response contractor
This month, two different companies were signed to a contract One is the primary (call first) responder
and one is the secondary The Primary contractor is RMCAT Environmental Services, Inc. They
can be reached at 1-800-930-0011 or 303-425-7526.
The secondary contractor is AET Environmental If RMCAT is unavailable, AET may be contacted at 303-
333-8521
The Regulatory and Government Affairs Division at Utilities is managing this contract for the City If you
use this service during normal business hours, please notify Gale McGaha-Miller, at 221-6231 or pager
229-8490 If you use this service after normal business hours please contact Gale on the next business
day
When you call the contractor, please provide them with your name and department, but instruct them to
direct the invoice to the Government and Regulatory Affairs Division in Utilities for processing
Feel free to contact Gale if you have any questions Please forward this to anyone who might use a
cleanup contractor
