Subject: Elimination of Most Checks Written to the City
As we agreed to at our Golf Staff Meeting last November, effective February 1, 2005, the City of Fort
Collins Golf Courses will no longer accept checks as payment for most "City Golf Services" at City Park
Nine, Collindale, and SouthRidge
The City will no longer accept checks for payment for Daily Green Fees, 10-Play Punch Cards, Annual
Pass Per Play Fees, and Golf Cart Rentals, as we have received too many bounced checks for these
services in recent years
The City will still accept checks as payment for Annual Passes, Tournament Fees, and Private Golf Cart
Usage Fees only
We accept cash and credit cards (VISA, Master Card, and Discover) and each Clubhouse has an
ATM -type of cash access availability
