Brown, Assistant to the Director/CLRS J RE: Clarification on Pre-6:30 a.m. Golfers As we discussed, several golfers/citizens attended the March 23 Golf Board meet- ing asking the Board/Staff if it was our intention to include 5:00 a.m. in Prime Time? I noted that Pre-6:30 a.m. golfers were not specifically discussed, and Golf Board members stated that it was not our intent to impact early morning golfers, and that we need to leave this open and if it becomes a popular tee time, it would need to be reviewed and possibly considered Prime Time. Since we Publish 6:30 a.m. as our first official tee time, and we don't take reservations for times before that, it was agreed to that anybody who is golfing earlier can Play at Non -Prime Time rates. Board members also agreed to specifically address this issue the next time fees are reviewed. Since then, a question came up as to whether this meant Non -Prime Time days only or did it mean every day? After consideration, I have decided that this means seven days per week. There- fore, as long as course and weather conditions are acceptable, golfers who play Drior to 6:30 a.m. will pay Non -Prime Time rates when they conclude their round, is long as they do not interfere with golfers registered to tee off at 6:30 a.m. Dr after. If this policy creates problems, or if the pre-6:30 a.m. golfing becomes too crowded, we will reconsider. This policy is for 1994 only. 'lease call me if you have any questions or concerns. Thank You. Golf Board Members Golf Course Superintendents
