HomeMy WebLinkAboutCORRESPONDENCE - GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE - CSU GOLF TEAMS USAGE POLICYColorado State University Men's and Women's Golf Teams Usage Policy All student golfers trying out for the golf teams may play tip to three (3) 18-hole rounds of golf (including City Park Nine) free of charge for qualifying purposes during weekdays/Non-Prime Times only 2 All student golfers who make the golf teams may play practice rounds at a fee equivalent to a 50 percent reduction of the Student Annual Pass fee rate (Note The payment formula currently uses the established Junior Restricted/No Per Play Fee rate of $205 divided by the average number of all annual pass rounds played per passholder of 68 which equals $3 00 per 9-hole round and $6 00 per 18-hole round) The CSU Men's and CSU Women's Golf Teams will each be allowed to "host" one tournament or conference match free of charge per year if held on a Non -Prime Time/weekday If the match or tournament is held on a weekend, holiday, or Prime Time, all players participating (including annual pass card holders) will pay 50 percent of the Regular Green Fees per participant/per round (Note All practice rounds for the tournament or match held the day prior to the event are at the 50 percent rate We also allow one free golf car per team, with additional golf cars charged at the 50 percent discount rate/per round) 4 Regular Tournament prices will be charged to all golfers, including Annual Pass card holders, for any additional tournaments or matches, except as may be negotiated All tee times must be cleared through the respective golf course pro shops at least three (3) days prior to any play, and cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance All golfers must sign -in, and the Golf Professional retains the right to limit play and operate their respective course as is appropriate JPBROWN 4/97
