Renewal - Professional Services Agreement P953 dated 11/23/04

The North Front Range MPO wishes to extend the agreement term
for the above
referenced Professional Services Agreement, per the existing terms
and conditions
The term will be extended for one (1) additional year, June 1, 2007

2008, at an amount of $6,400 for the calendar year 2007 audit servic

Exhibit "B" of the existing contract
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the
space provided
and return it to North Front Range MPO, Financial Manager, 419

Suite 300, Fort Collins, CO 80521, within the next fifteen days
If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you s@nd us a written
notice stating that you do not wish to renew the contract and state th�Jl reason for non -
renewal
