The North Front Range MPO wishes to extend the agree ent term for
the above referenced Professional Services Agreement, p r the existing
terms and conditions The term will be extended for one (1) additional
year, October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign thi letter in the
space provided and return it to North Front Range M O, Financial
Manager, 419 Canyon Avenue, Suite #300, Fort Collins,j CO 80521,
within the next fifteen days Please include a revised xhiblt "B", if
applicable, that outlines the new compensation rates/fun bons for the
upcoming contract period
If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask tha� you send us
a written notice stating that you do not wish to renew the contract and
state the reason for non -renewal.
