Zopus hudsomus preblei (Preble's), is not likely to be to be present at this site is therefore not likely to be adversely affected by this project Should additional information regarding listed or proposed species become available, this determination may be reconsidered under ESA On February 2, 2005 the U. S Fish and Wildlife Service issued a 12-Month finding on a petition to delist Prebte's Because of the complexity involved, the Service has extended original proposal.
