Facilitate Task Force Meetings Scone Eight, approximately monthly meetings with task force and eight team meetings with staff between task force meetings to review technical results of Tasks 2,3,6,7 and plan task force meetings accordingly Assumptions City staff will be responsible for all meeting logistics (location, food, notification, agenda, distribution of materials, minutes) Task force meetings and planning/integration meetings are 2-hours in length Schedule MAY, JUN, JUL, AUG, SEP, OCT Update Two additional climate task force meeting were scheduled, one in July and one in September, and there may be an additional meeting needed in the future Consequently, more resources are also needed for additional planning meetings between task force meetings Task 6 expansion. Develop High -Level Cost -benefit Analyses of priority measures Scope This is the mator focus of the consultant technical support effort Draw upon existing data and research when possible, and develop and defend cost and benefit assumptions when necessary Assumptions This task will depend on the number of measures the City chooses to evaluate and the relative complexity and detail of cost -benefit analysis The level of effort is therefore unknown at this time The Brendle Group assumes that the process will be contained to a number of measures that can be evaluated within the hours set for this task Update Given the high number of measures identified for qualitative analysis (> 200) and the complexity of measures for quantification, more resources are needed for this task In addition, each quantified measure will now be quantified for 2020 net present value and the costs and savings will be broken out between the City government and the users These analyses were not covered in the original scope of work Task 8 (new) Conduct "Cost:Benefit Analysis Subcommittee" Convene, lead and report on results of the Cost Benefit Analysis Subcommittee Schedule September
