If a dedicated trip is required, additional charges will be incurred. Please note that this price is based on assumptions made about the actual container sizes of items for disposal. Final billing will based upon the actual materials packaged for disposal based on the unit rates quoted. Drum quantity material in containers larger than 5 gallons or 50 pounds may need to be sampled and profiled for shipment. Actual disposal pricing will be dependent upon the qualification of your wastestreams at our facility. The drums are subject to additional charges if they do not conform to the following specifications: GENERAL CONDITIONS • Prices firm for 30 days. • Terms: Net 15 Days • Interest to accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law after 15 days. • Applicable sales tax and state regulatory fees are not included in quoted prices. • Materials subject to additional charges if they do not conform to the listed specifications. • A variable Recovery Fee (that fluctuates with the DOE national average diesel price), currently at 11.0%, will be applied to the total invoice. • Pickups that require same day or next day service may be subject to additional charges. • Pickups cancelled within 72 hours of scheduling will be subject to cancellation charges. • Standard labor rates apply for 8 hours on -site time per chemist unless otherwise quoted. Additional on -site labor over 8 hours will be billed at 1.5 times the standard rate unless otherwise quoted.
