Conclusion p9 10 At Greeley Coca-Cola, we are proud of our heritage and the commitment we make to communities we serve in Northern and Northeastern Colorado. We are particularly proud of our affiliation with the City of Fort Collins, and continuously work to maintain the trust and confidence of the City's Administration and public. We have thoroughly read RFP #131063, and examined the state of the current business. Based on existing volume and location opportunity, we are submitting a bid on less equipment than requested. Here's why — The City of Fort Collins parks sold through 655 cases in 2006. A vendor should sell no less than 15 cases in any given month to assure that the product is fresh, and that the electricity to maintain the equipment is cost effective. If a vendor is not selling 15 cases, the product is surely not meeting Coca-Cola's product quality standard, and is either being sold "out-of-date" or being thrown away. This was evidenced last year by the amount of discarded product recorded by our Fort Collins full service driver. 655 cases in 6 months equals an average of 109 cases per month. 109 cases divided by the optimal 15 cases equals just over 7 vendors. We know that seven is not a good number considering the request covers seven parks and the Lincoln Center. Therefore, our bid is for 15 vendors as follows: PARK 2WO SALES EQUIP. NEED PRODUCT MIX City Park 71 2 Soft Drink and Water/Ppwerade/Juice Rolland Moore 361 — 5 3 Soft Drink, 1 water, 1 Powerade Fossil Creek 125 —2 Soft Drink and Water/Powerade/Juice Spring Park 66 N1 Soft Drinks/Water Lee Martinez 32 — 1 Soft Drinks/Water Spring Canyon 0 t. 2 Soft Drink and Water/Powerade/Juice Edora Park 0 1 1 Soft Drinks/Water Lincoln Center 146 1 Soft Drinks/Water If volume dictates the need for additional equipment, Coca-Cola and the City of Fort Collins will examine that need on a park by park basis. We are motivated to sell the best quality product, while saving energy ($$$'s) for the City of Ft. Collins. ll Money isn't everything... If you don't have the proper service, and the right product to sell... you are effectively OUT OF BUSINESS. The Coca-Cola system is set up to provide you with service that our competitor can't offer.... CONSISTENT... RELIABLE... FACE-TO-FACE SERVICE!
