The City of Fort Collins and the Art in Public Places Board would like to thank you for submitting an application for
consideration as a Design Consultant.
The Art in Public Places Board is pleased to inform you that your application has been accepted and will be added to the
APP Design Consultant Resource List. Project architects, engineers or managers will utilize this fist when selecting an artist
to serve on their project team for certain .DPP projects. Your application will remain on the Design Consultant Resource List
for the next two years. If you are not already registered to receive notification of open competitions, you can register at
www.fcgov.com/purchasiiig. If you have trouble accessing the system please feel free to contact us at (970) 221-6775. You
may also download current Request For Qualifications at the APP web site, xvww.lctix.com/artspublic. The resource list
along with your digital images will be held at the Lincoln Center and made available as needed.
