RE : Award of Bid #5001
Please be advised the Natural Resources Department recommends that bid #5001, Office
Recycling Program for the City of Fort Collins, be awarded to the low bidder -- Green Mountain
Recycling -- with the condition that recycling containers similar to the currently used containers
that have been provided by Waste Management, must be provided in City facilities. Cardboard
boxes with lids, bins, polycarts, and dumpsters will be provided instead of fiber barrels and
gaylord boxes.
For your information, I have included my rating form used to evaluate the three bids that were
received.
