NOTICE OF AWARD
TO: Green Mountain Recycling January 29, 1996
305 Airpark Drive #8
Ft. Collins, CO 80524
RE: City of Fort Collins Project, Bid #5001 Recycling - Office Program
Gentlemen:
The City of Fort Collins, Colorado (hereinafter called "the Owner) has considered the bids
submitted for referenced work in response to its Advertisement for Bids.
You are hereby notified that your bid has been accepted for items and prices stated in the Bid
Schedule.
You are required by the Instruction to Bidders to execute the Services Agreement, in triplicate,
in the documents fumished within fifteen (15) days from the date of this Notice.
If you fail to execute said Services Agreement within the time allotted from this date, the Owner
will be entitled to consider your rights arising out of the Owner's acceptance of your bid as abandoned
and to demand payment of bid guaranty as damages. The Owner will be entitled to such other rights
as may be granted by law.
You are required to return an acknowledged copy of this Notice of Award and enclosures to the
Purchasing Department.
