RE: P1041 Voice Over Internet Protocol Communications System
Dear Mr. Mariea:
As you have been informed by telephone, your firm has been selected for an on -site
demonstration and oral interview for our Request for Proposal P1041 Voice Over
Internet Protocol Communications System.
The dates scheduled for an on -site demonstration are December 11, 2006 through
December 22, 2006.
Prior to October 13, 2006 Project Manager, Eric Dahlgren will contact you with
information regarding expectations for the on -site demonstration.
Your interview will occur on December 20, 2006 at the Municipal Building in Conference
Room 2E located at 215 N. Mason St. in Fort Collins.
Interviews will be the following format:
8:00 -9:00 a.m. Vendor Set Up
9:00 -11:00 a.m. Vendor Presentation
11:00-1:00 P.M. Break
1:00-3:00 p.m. Questions and Answers
The dates for. removal of on -site demonstration equipment are: December 20, 2006
(following the interview) through December 22, 2006.
