Re: Renewal, 5811 Snow and Ice Removal
Dear Sirs:
The City of Fort Collins wishes to extend the agreement term for the above captioned proposal
per the existing terms and conditions. The term will be extended for one (1) additional year,
October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006.
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and return
it to the City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division, P. O. Box 580, Fort Collins, CO a5within
the next fifteen days.
If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice stating
that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non -renewal.

RE: Renewal of 5811 Snow and Ice Removal
Dear Sirs,
We would like to renew, per the following conditions,
because of the overhead cost increases.
➢ 770BH John Deer road grader, 14 foot mow board - $105.00
per hour
➢ Skid Steer Loader - $75.00 per hour
➢ Ford Pickup w/ 7 foot blade - $90.00 per hour
➢ Case 721 B loader - $94.00 per hour
➢ Tandem axle dump truck - $58.00 per hour
