RE: P1023 Full Service Downtown Hotel & Mixed Use Development Project
Dear Mr. Wierdsma:
As you have been informed by telephone, your firm has been selected for an oral
interview for our Request for Proposal P1023 Full Service Downtown Hotel & Mixed Use
Development Project.
Your interview will occur on July 31, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. at the Municipal Building in the
Community Room located at 215 N. Mason St. in Fort Collins.
For the interview, you will have 5 minutes for introductions and 10 minutes for a formal
presentation in response to the requirements of the Request for Proposal followed by 30
minutes for questions and answers.
