(our clock) WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS REQUIREMENTS FOR MINI -THEATRE STAGE DIMMING EQUIPMENT PER THE BID INVITATION AND ANY REFERENCED SPECIFICATIONS: The City of Fort Collins Lincoln Center is requesting bids to supply and install theatre stage dimming equipment located at 417 West Magnolia, Ft Collins per the attached specifications. The City will supply electrical except for low voltage. This will be a turn -key project and must be installed between June 25, 2007 and July 6, 2007. The successful bidder must enter into the attached services agreement (sample) and supply proof of insurance "Exhibit B" as requested. This policy applies to all City of Fort Collins transit employees who perform safety -sensitive functions anytime they are on duty and are regulated by City of Fort Collins Policy.
