Re: Renewal, Bid #5898 Meter Box Installation
Dear Mr. Iverson:
The City of Fort Collins wishes to extend the agreement term per the existing terms and conditions.
The term will be extended for one (1) additional year, April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008.
Per your request, the City has elected to grant a 3% Price Increase to the Unit Prices for pricing
Work Orders; per the Denver -Boulder -Greeley CPI-U Index as published by the Colorado State
Planning and Budget Office. (as per the attached Exhibit B: Unit Prices 2007 schedule)
We have already received an updated copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance from your
Insurer; listing the City of Fort Collins as an "additional insured".

The term will be extended for one (1) additional year, April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008.
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and return it to
the City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division, P. O. Box 580, Fort Collins, CO 85022, within the next
fifteen days.
If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice stating that
you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non -renewal.
Please have your insurer send us an updated Certificate of Liability Insurance, naming the City of
Fort Collins as an additional insured, for the Bid Renewal file. It can be faxed to us at
(970) 221-6707.
