Reason for Change: Dewatering is needed because the water/ice elevation right now is at 4889, and drainage layer for the of concrete revetment mat is below that elevation. Without dewatering, the drainage layer and the mat cannot be place correctly. 2. Description of Change, Add item 23 Construction Dewatering South Spill Location Pay Unit - Lump Sum Subjected to same requirement as Item 4 Construction Dewatering (North Spill and River Riprop Location) 3.
