As a small business, we are able to respond promptly to customer requests. To assist our customers who are self - maintained, we provide innovative installation techniques to minimize down time. Included in this package is a sample of one of these techniques. By utilizing MOLEX electrical connectors between controllers and card readers, technicians are able to troubleshoot and replace inoperative card readers in minutes, as opposed to cutting, stripping, and crimping new butt connectors, only to find out the card reader was not faulty in the first place. All new card readers supplied with this bid and any future purchases will be connected using MOLEX components.
