(Our Clock) December 5, 2006 To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the following changes are hereby made. 1. Section 1.01 (1) Delete. There is no maintenance requirement, other than that required during initial 30 days of system operation, as specified in Section 3.05 Maintenance. 2. Section 3.04 Project Record Drawings. There are no mylar or CAD drawings of the existing pump stations. All references in Section 3.04 refer to as -built drawings to be supplied by the contractor when project is complete. 3. Bid Proposal page, Bid Submittals. Bidders do not need to provide drawings of the proposed system. Exact details will be worked out with the awarded vendor. Bidders may submit any pump or equipment drawings they feel will add detail to their bid. Please contact James R. Repairs done at manufacturer's expense must be pre - authorized. The start-up Certificate must be on file with manufacturer to activate warranty. Upon request, manufacturer will provide advice for trouble shooting of a defect during the warranty period. This proposal contains equipment that may require costly means to remove and replace for service or repair, due to site conditions. Flowtronex PSI will not accept liability for any costs associated with the removal or replacement of equipment in difficult -to -access locations. This includes the use of cranes larger than 15 tons, divers, barges, helicopters, or other unusual means.
