The Packaged Pumping Station described in this quotation is designed and manufactured in accordance
with Metron's standards for use in turf irrigation applications in the State of Colorado.
Revision B 1/3/07 KH: Extended offer to include 5 year warranty as outlined below and 3 year start-up and
winterization services.
Revision A 12/20/06 KH: The following items were removed/revised for cost reduction.
1. Rainbird communications offered as an option.
2. Subtrol motor protection removed.
3. Flowmeter revised to mechanical meter.
4. Filtration revised to wye strainer with accommodations for future filtration upgrade.
5. Heater removed.
6. Wall mounted disconnect, removed from panel.
This quotation is to Bid proposal #6010 and per site visit and addendum #1 with the following
clarifications:
1. Based on previous experience of system retrofits within the City of Fort Collins, the only permits
which will be necessary will be for the electrical connection to the pump system.
2. 2.09 Refers to multiple panels with different Nema ratings. All components to be located in one
Nema 12 panel.
3. 2.18.13 Refers to system paint. This makes reference to a "tank". There is no "tank" necessary or
provided with the system.
4. Connection of Niad system to power source in panel by others.

Each of the two Metron Packaged Pumping Systems is designed to deliver 1000 GPM at a station
discharge pressure of 125PSI using two (2) main vertical turbine pumps with variable frequency drive

(VFD) start and one (1) pressure maintenance submersible pump with across -the -line start. All pumps
extend 10-feet into a 11-foot deep, 5-foot diameter wet well. Incoming power to the pumping station is
480-volts, 3-phase, and 60-hertz.
The following features listed are per station.
This proposal includes delivery, installation and connection to existing electrical and mechanical
connections.
Flush line from filter to lake or drain provided by others.

STANDARD MECHANICAL FEATURES INCLUDE:
1 Structural steel skid with "diamond" plate decking; continuous welds.
1 Wet well access hatch.
1 Steel pump mounting plate.
1 Schedule 40 piping and fittings.
1 Two (2) drains x 3/4-inch with one (1) hose bib.
1 Steel grit blasted to near white metal finish before the application of protective coatings.
1 Multi -Step Coating System — fast dry multi -purpose epoxy base coat and gloss aliphatic
polyurethane finish coat; amine -cured coal -tar epoxy applied to the underside of the skid for
corrosion resistance to moisture from the wet well.
1 Meter Run - 5 / 2 pipe diameters in length in accordance with the flow meter manufacturer's
recommendation for optimal accuracy.
1 Station Pressure Relief Valve - isolation valve on the inlet side; discharge piped to the wet well.
1 Station Discharge Isolation Valve - lug style butterfly valve with lever operator and locking plate.
1 Spare Parts: packing for the main vertical turbine pumps and touch-up paint.

COMMODITY METAL PRICE DISCLAIMER
Due to highly unstable commodity metal prices related to factors beyond our control, Metron is
unable to hold our prices firm for longer than 10 days. We are making every effort to minimize the
impact of such variations and appreciate your understanding. Orders placed later than 10 days
after quotation are subject to a price revision based on most current metal commodity pricing.
The selling price includes freight to the installation site in Fort Collins. CO. but does not include
the cost for on -site delays.

All Metron stations are supported by unlimited access to 24-hour product technical telephone support and
local factory authorized service centers.
EXTENDED WARRANTY — Metron , Inc., offers an extended five (5) year prorated limited warranty and
maintenance contract for packaged pump systems of our own manufacture. The extended limited
warranty provides protection against defects in material and workmanship. The coverage includes
replacement parts, labor, travel expenses, and labor to remove/reinstall defective material. Please
contact Metron to for additional information regarding this extended warranty.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
CONDITIONS
1. This quotation is valid for ten (10) days from the date on the quotation, due to the cost fluctuation on
commodity steel, unless extended in writing by the manufacturer, Metron, Inc.
2. This Quotation does not include any applicable taxes, tariffs, permits, license fees, and/or duties unless
specifically stated they are elsewhere in this Quotation. These items are the responsibility of the
Contractor/Owner.
3. Off-loading and installation of the Goods are not included in the selling price unless specifically
stated otherwise in this Quotation.
4. Installation shall conform to the instructions in the IOM Manual.
5. It is the responsibility of the Contractor/Owner to provide the electrical hook-up to the Electrical Panel of the
Pumping System.
Note: Do NOT bump the motors. Manufacturer's representative will do this during start-up.
6. It is the responsibility of the Contractor/Owner to make the final connection to the suction and outlet pipes of
the Pumping System,
7. It is the responsibility of the Contractor/Owner to anchor the skid to the concrete pad. Anchor bolts are not
included in the selling price, they are responsibility of the Contractor/Owner.
8. Two (2) copies of Submittals will be sent to the Contractor/Owner no later than twenty-one (21) working
days after the manufacturer receives the Purchase Order.
8. The Packaged Pumping System is normally ready to ship within 6-12 weeks after the manufacturer, Metron,
Inc., receives the approved Submittal and release to production. The delivery date shall be confirmed after
release.
10. Contractor/Owner shall coordinate the location of the roof access hatch over all of the pumps so they can
be removed when necessary.
11. Service, Training, Technical Support, and Warranty help is available from the manufacturer any time.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Metron, Inc. (the "Seller') and the company or individual named on the face of this invoice (the "Buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
I . NONCONFORMING TERMS. No terms contained in any purchase order or other document received from the Buyer, either prior or subsequent to the date of this
invoice, shall be binding upon the Seller unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized representative of the Seller.
2. TAXES. Except as otherwise provided on the face of this invoice, the price does not include federal, state or local taxes which may be payable with respect to the
manufacture, sale or delivery or use of the goods. The Buyer agrees to pay all such taxes.
3. SHIPMENT. All prices are F. O. B. Seller's factory, Denver, Colorado, prepay and add. The Seller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the method
and route of shipment. The Buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage upon delivery of the goods to the carrier at point of shipment.
4. PAYMENT TERMS. Unless otherwise specified by the Seller in writing, the terms of payment shall be 50% with purchase order and prior to procurement of
materials, 50% prior to shipment. The Seller reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion to require payment in full in advance or C.O.D. or to otherwise
modify the payment terms. Past due amounts shall bear interest at the rate of 18% per annum or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is less. For business
outside the U.S., and irrevocable confirmed letter of credit for 100%of the project's value is required before production will commence.
5. MINIMUM BILLING. All orders of $50.00 net or less will be invoices at the minimum rate ($50.00 net) with transportation charges added.
6. DELIVERY. Delivery dates are not guarantied and are based on normal expectancies only. In no event shall the Seller be liable for any failure or delay in delivery
due to fire, flood, accident, civil unrest, acts of God, war, governmental interference or embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, shortage of labor, fuel, power or
materials or any cause beyond its reasonable control. Quoted deliveries are based on conditions at the time of the quote and are subject to product availability at time
of the approved purchase order and approval of submittals with release to production by Seller,
If Buyer is unwilling to accept delivery on the mutually agreed upon date at the time of the sale, then the delivery shall be considered as complete at Seller's factory
for purposes of billing and payment, transfer of ownership, risk of loss or damage, and insurance responsibility. Buyer is responsible for any additional costs
incurred for storage and handling, with a minimum cost of $500.00.
7. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE. Orders are subject to cancellation, partial cancellation or change only with the consent of the Seller and only upon such teens
as the Seller may impose. Prices are set on the basis of the total quantity ordered, even though shipment maybe in stages. Cancellation of a portion of an order after
an earlier portion has been shipped and invoiced will result in an adjustment to the purchase price and an additional charge to the Buyer.
8, LIMITED WARRANTY, Seller's Limited Warranty is valid only with a Metron, Inc. Installation, Start-up and Training Commencement Certificate that has been
signed off by Seller's certified Service Representative and registered with the Seller. The Seller warrants that all goods manufactured and sold by it are and will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the initial operation not to exceed 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever
comes first. Goods which are found defective will be replaced or repaired, at the option of the Seller. The Seller shall be under no obligation to the Buyer if the
goods have not been used under neural operating conditions or have been altered, modified or repaired without the Seller's prior written consent. The Seller shall
also be under no obligation to the Buyer if the goods have been subjected to carelessness or abuse, not used in accordance with Merton's recommendations or
industry standards, or not used for intended purposes. Seller is not responsible for the design or repercussions of a faulty design or specification of auxiliary
equipment, pipe, pipe thrust block, building, building foundation, leveling of skid, anchoring of skid, soil compaction, environmental control (ambient temperature
should be maintained between 40-100 degrees Fahrenheit), ventilation, drainage or any other components that are not part of the packaged system. Furthermore,
Seller is not responsible for damage to equipment by forces outside of our control such a acts of nature, vandalism, faulty installation, or inadequate support
equipment. In no event will the Seller be liable for consequential or special damages or for transportation, installation, adjustment or other expenses which the Buyer
may incur in exercising its right under this limited warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
USE OR PURPOSE.
9. DEFECTIVE GOODS AND TESTING. If the Buyer believes that goods purchased from the Seller are defective, it must notify the Seller immediately in writing.
The goods shall not be returned to the Seller without the prior written authorization of the Seller. If the Buyer wishes to conduct tests to determine whether the goods
are conforming, it must notify the Seller prior to conducting the tests, endeavor to reach agreement with the Seller on testing procedures and provide the Seller with
an opportunity to witness such tests.
10. INFRINGEMENT. The Seller agrees to defend any suit brought against the Buyer to the extent that such suit is based on a claim that the goods, or any part thereof,
in the particular form sold by the Seller, infringe a United States patent, provided such goods were not manufactured by the Seller pursuant to designs or
specifications furnished by the Buyer, but only on condition that the Buyer shall promptly notify the Seller in writing of any such claim, shall give the Seller full
authority far the conduct of such and shall render to the Seller whatever information and assistance may be reasonably required for such defense. Subject to such
conditions, the Seller shall pay damages and costs, if any, awarded against the Buyer in such suit and in the event the goods are held to infringe and the use of the
goods is enjoined, the Seller shall have the option of procuring for the Buyer the right to continue using the goods, replacing the goods with noninfringing product,
modifying the goods so as to avoid infringement or removing the goods and refunding the purchase price. The Seiler shall have no further liability for patent
infringement. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from and against all claims, liability, loss, damage, including attorney fees, arising from
or related in any way to any actual or claimed patent, trademark or copyright infringement involving goods manufactured by the Seller pursuant to designs or
specifications furnished by the Buyer.
11, COMPLIANCE WITH LAW, The Seller agrees that in manufacturing, selling and delivering the goods ithas complied with all applicable laws and governmental
regulations, including the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938,
12. GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS AND SUBCONTRACTS. If a government contract number appears on the face of this invoice, clauses contained in the Armed
Services Procurement Regulations of the Federal Acquisition Regulations which the government requires he included in subcontracts to which the contractor is a
party shall be incorporated in this invoice by reference.
13. DEFAULT. In the event the Buyer fails to make payment in the amounts and at the time required by the Seller pursuant to this invoice or is in default under any
other provisions of this invoice or any sales order, invoice or other agreement between the Buyer and the Seller, or in the event of any proceedings, voluntary, in
bankruptcy or insolvency by or against the Buyer, the inability of the Buyer to meet its debts as they come due or the appointment, with or without the Buyer's
consent, of an assignee for the benefit of creditors or a receiver, then the Seiler shall have the right, in addition to all the other rights it may possess at any time, to
withhold shipments, in whole or in part, and to recall goods in transit, retake same and repossess all goods which may be stored with the Seller for the Buyer's
account, without the necessity of instituting any other proceedings. The Buyer agrees that all goods so recalled, retaken of repossessed shall become the absolute
property of the Seller, provided that the Buyer is given full credit therefor. The Seller shall also have all of the rights and remedies available to it under the Uniform
Commercial Codes and other laws in effect.
14. WAIVER. No waiver of any provision of this invoice by the Seller shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Seller. No delay
on the part of the Seller in exercising any right of remedy available to it shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Seller. No
delay on the part of the Seller in exercising any right or remedy available to it shall operate as a waiver of such tight or remedy.
15. GOVERNING LAW. This invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Slate of Colorado.
