Job Name: Transfort Bus Wash Heater Replacement Bid #6013
We hereby submit the following specifications and proposal for;
Remove, haul away and recycle existing, unusable radiant heaters
Install (4) Re-Verber-Ray DX2-30-100N radiant tube heaters with 5'of side shield
extension per heater
(2) TF-115 water tight thermostats (1 thermostat will control 2 heaters)
Combustion air intake pipes to be piped from common location using aluminum pipe.
Venting for to vent through roof
Line voltage electrical included in bid but subbed out by licensed electrician.
COMPLETE INSTALLATION, LABOR AND MATERIAL.... $16,247.00
We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials in accordance with the above specifications for the sum of sixteen
thousand two hundred and forty seven dollars ($16,247.00) with payment to be made as follows; 20% down to start,
monthly bifng for work in progress and final remaining payment due upon completion.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard
practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving other costs will be executed by another
written order and will become an extra charge over and above the proposal. This proposal subject to acceptance within
45 days and is void thereafter at the option of the undersigned.
