Dear Jim,
I have the pleasure of offering for your consideration the following quotation, subject to
the conditions of acceptance as listed in the rest of the contract, which constitutes my
formal offer to you and the Fort Collins Natural Resource Department.
The Imperial single vault restroom facility, complete with one concrete Per Building
vault and all signage, locks, grab bars, toilet risers, lexan windows, etc.,
to make up a complete one -room vault restroom facility set up. Includes
15' vent pipe, 4 roll toilet paper holder, plastic urinal & interior solar LED
light and solar panel.
The standard "Imperial' style precast concrete toilet facility in an inte- $10,669.81 ea.
gral earthtone colored barn wood exterior textured walls and cedar
shake textured roof panels, with one HR-80 coated concrete vault,
complete with ten year warranty on the vault against leaks, based on
the entire facility being installed properly either by Park and Restroom
Structures, Inc. or by the customer.
Freight of one concrete facility and concrete vault on one truck to the $ 1,980.00 ea.
accessible site located in the greater Fort Collins, Colorado area.
Crane to offload the facility and vault into a customer prepared hole, $ 1,037.64 ea.
which is accessible by a small but adequate crane and one standard high-
way truck and trailer.
Installation which includes digging of the hole, compaction of the base, $ 1,488.89 ea.
backfill and compaction around the vault and all associated cleanup of
the dirt from the digging of the hole and the installation of the facility.
Total of each completed "Imperial' single vault facility setup. $15,176.34 ea.
The vault weighs approximately 22,800 tbs. and the facility weighs almost 27,400 lbs..
The facility is warrantied for a period of three years against defects in materials &
workmanship, the vault for ten years against leaks into or out of the vault, and the
installation for one year against listing or sinking.
Conditions that constitute a Sale
1. Quotation Terms. This offer is subject to acceptance within 90 days from the date
of the quotation itself Park and Restroom Structures reserves the right to requote
this facility after a 90 day period of time, from the date of this quote.
2. Payment Terms. Payment for the facility, crane, shipment and or installation is
expected within 30 days from the date that the facility is shipped from the manu-
facturing facility to the customers' delivery site. Interest of 1% per month or
fraction thereof will be charged for all invoices that are 35 days old or older.
Terms are available to the customer with the approval of credit to that customer
from Park and Restroom Structures, Inc..
3. Taxes. This quotation does not include any Federal, State, City, County or other
taxes. The customer is responsible for any and all taxes due on this or any other
portion of work quoted on this project.
4. Delivery. Delivery dates and or schedule will be agreed upon by both the
customer and Park and Restroom Structures jointly and within two weeks of the
acceptance of the order by Park and Restroom Structures, Inc.. Weather, sub-
mittals, and Statewide Housing or Prefabricated Structures approvals may require
a reschedule of delivery and are many times out of the control of the customer and
Park and Restroom Structures, Inc.. Patience may be required on both sides.
5. Customer Responsibilities. The customer must stake the location of at least three
comers and set the orientation that is required for the facility as a whole. The site
must be accessible by standard highway truck and trailer, unless otherwise noted
by the customer prior to the delivery of the product and quoted as such. The
customer will be responsible for the review of the width and height requirements
needed for the delivery of the product, truck and trailer to the final site for access-
ibility of all, to that particular site.
6. Installation. The customer may elect to do the installation themselves and takes
on all of the responsibilities that are encountered with that endeavor. Lifting
plates are available from Park and Restroom Structures, Inc. for a deposit of $800.
which is refunded once the lifting plates are received by Park and Restroom
Structures, Inc. The weights and dimensions of the product are listed within the
quotation above.
7. Warranty. Park and Restroom Structures, Inc. warranties the facility again defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of three years and the vaults for a
period of ten years against leaks when installed properly. Should the customer
notice or identify any defects in the product, color, textures, fixtures, etc., he or
she is required to notify Park and Restroom Structures, Inc. within one week of
the facilities arrival at the site for a quick remedy. Should Park and Restroom
Structures, Inc. not be notified within one week, the warranty still takes effect, but
the customer accepts the facilities other attributes as is, unless they do not meet
what was submitted to the end user originally, by Park and Restroom Structures,
Inc.. When the installation is complete by Park and Restroom Structures, as is
quoted within the quotation, the installation is warrantied for one full year.
8. Acceptance. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions as listed above,
unless otherwise noted by both parties in writing. This acceptance is subject to
the customer being approved for credit by Park and Restroom Structures, Inc..
Park and Restroom Structures, Inc. reserves the right to ask for and receive
progress payments should the product be produced for delivery and the customer
cannot take it in accordance with the agreed upon delivery dates due to weather,
park employee scheduling, nesting birds, etc..
