For purposes of warranty and service ONLY approved manufacturers or distributors authorized by an approved manufacturer to serve the Fort Collins area may bid. The City of Fort Collins reserves the right to split the bid in whatever percentages are most advantageous to the City. Future orders of Cable UG 600V, AL may be authorized, at the option of the City, from this bid for a period of five years after date of award.
