Questions and Answers
1. What is the estimated number of installation events expected annually or over
the contract term?
a. There are no anticipated installation events. (Please see Addendum 1,
which revises the scope of work in the RFP and removes installation
events from the process.)
2. Is there a total projected number of inspections anticipated for budgeting and
staffing purposes?
a. The estimate is there will be 50-75 furnace inspection and cleaning
appointments and 20-30 HVAC repair or replacement appointments
annually.
