The BOM that is part of the bid schedule, page No.17 is missing a few line items as shown on the Attachment E lighting and controls BOM, such as the color temperature, finish, optics, and circuit. a.LS3-updn-"" -35-medmed-unv-db-w-actblS-asymasym-awns-std 3.The lighting and controls BOM, it calls for (74) LSC-AWNCOUNT in the Bill of Materials, is this the same product as the AWNR Lutron Athena node module that will be ordered with the light fixtures? a.This is just a cost for programming. 4.Are there drawings or product installation design for the controls installation and cabling needs? a.Everything is wireless. 5.Does this lighting and controls package need to be purchased directly from Lutron via a local supplier, or will this be provided from another lighting supplier since it looks like Lutron designed this package and the controls and fixtures are Lutron. a.The fixtures are Cree and the controls are Lutron. These can be purchased from any lighting supplier. 6.Does the city want to see individual pricing per line item as shown on page 17 of the Construction invitation BOM, or will we provide a total price for the project. a.Both( price per line item and total for project.) 7.Are we to assume that all the existing lighting circuits will be reused, including the emergency circuits, and that no changes to the existing circuitry and raceways will be required? a.Yes 8.It was mentioned at the pre-bid meeting that all the old fixtures being removed (including lamps) can be taken to the City of Fort Collins warehouse on N Loomis Ave and dropped off for disposal and recycling by the city? a.Yes 9.Just to clarify, this project needs to be priced using Davis Bacon/federally funded wages? a.Yes 10.Are alternates from other MFG accepted as option, will they be considered and by what metrics would you consider a change? a.No 11.Is the contractor responsible for permit fees? a.No 12.Is the contractor responsible for disposal of old fixtures? a.Yes. They can be taken to the city warehouse or place that recycles the materials. 13.Is the contractor responsible for recycling fluorescent lamps? a.Yes. They can be taken to the city warehouse or place that recycles the materials. 14.Is there storage/staging available onsite? a.Accommodations can be made.
