If possible, can you please advise which pre-employment/random drug screening panels are most frequently ordered? (5-panel, 7-panel, 10-panel, etc.) The 5-panel is our most frequently ordered drug test. 2. What is the number/estimate of previously issued i9 forms you would anticipate being audited? The I-9 process does not intersect with the background check process. 3. What is the number/estimate of previously issued i9 forms you would anticipate bringing into the new system for storage? None. 4. Do all new hires complete i9 activities at a City of Fort Collins facility ? If not all at a City of Fort Collins facility, how many or what percentage would perform i9 completion remote? New hires complete the I-9 activities in-person at a City facility. None are issued remotely. 5. The RFP requests unlimited flat-rate, all-inclusive packages with no third-party fees. Would the City permit an exception for jurisdictions where mandatory court or government access fees are unusually high (for example, over a defined threshold such as $75), so that those specific fees are passed through at cost while all others remain included in the all-inclusive rate? This sounds like a good approach. Currently, any court access fees are sent to us to approve. 6. The Scope references a Workers’ Compensation Claim History search. Is this search expected for all new hires or only for specific positions after a conditional offer, consistent with ADA limitations? Would the City prefer that vendors list this as a post-offer, ADA- compliant optional service rather than as a standard component of the background package? We do not typically run a Workers’ Compensation History search. This would be a rare, by request search only. 7. The Scope describes “Social Security Number Validation” that confirms issuance details and death-benefit filings. Can the City confirm this refers to a database-based SSN trace/validation rather than the SSA’s Consent Based SSN Verification (CBSV) process, which requires Form SSA-89 and explicit applicant consent? Correct. SSN database-based SSN trace/verification is what’s needed. 8. The Scope references a “Risk Management scan” to identify inconsistencies in an applicant’s history. Can the City confirm whether this refers to an internal fraud-detection or data-consistency process performed as part of identity and SSN validation, or whether a separate, reportable search is expected? The risk management scan does refer to the data-consistency process performed as part of identify and SSN validation.
