OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM MT (RMEPS Clock) December 2, 2025
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
The Opening Date has been extended to December 2, 2025 at 3:00 PM MT.
The Q&A Addendum will be posted by November 19, 2025.
