The Fort Collins Registered Political Committee “New Era Colorado Action Fund” affirms it has
not and is not soliciting or receiving contributions for Fort Collins election issues or candidates.
All contributions are solely from New Era Colorado Action Fund’s 501(c)4 General Political
Funds and are for the purposes of independent expenditures only.
New Era Colorado Action Fund, a 501(c)4, was founded in 2006 and organizes young people to
win on the youth agenda through elections and policy-making. New Era Colorado Action Fund,
a 501(c)4, is funded by gifts, grants, and donations in compliance with all IRS requirements and
activities. All independent expenditures are funded out of the political activities general fund
allowance, in accordance with IRS regulations.
