To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:

Questions and Answers
1.Is there an anticipated amount of Federally funded Electrical work to be done in 2026? Or is this
tbd?
a.The federally funded work is to be determined.
2.Permits/ Fees, will the City cover all Fees? If not, will the material cost plus be added to any
permit fees?
a.If permits/ Fees are required it will be the responsibility of the contractor to obtain the
permit and no markup is allowed in the Contractor quote.
3.Regarding Rental Equipment & or Subcontractors, is the Material cost plus % to be used to add
to Rental & or Subcontractors cost?
a.The is no markup allow on Rental or Subcontractor cost.
4.T&M Federally Funded projects are to have zero mark up on materials we purchase?
a.Please refer to the Federal requirements in the RFP.
5.For all the T&M Federally Funded projects, can these just be a Lump Sum project so we can
include mark-up on materials?
a.Please refer to the Federal requirements in the RFP.
6.Are there any cost/ fees associated with the CJIS registration & or Training?
a.Please review https://cbi.colorado.gov/sections/cjis-security/cjis-vendor-management-
program/cjis-access-vendors.
7.Will labor hours be reimbursed for Training?
a.Labor hours will not be reimbursed for Training.
8.Is there an overall estimated/ anticipated volume of Electrical work to be done/ back logged for
2026?
a.There is not an estimated volume of Electrical work for 2026. The City Project Manager
will request quotes from the awarded contractors. The project work order will then be
awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
