Questions and Answers
1. When will the FoCo 2024 adopted codes be released?
A: Planning for beginning of the year 2026.
2. Is the FoCo CAP goal of 80% GHG reduction by 2030 still correct?
A: Yes.
3. In regards to the RFP submission structure, is it adequate to follow the section A – G
structure of the RFP? We will be answering the Scope of Proposal questions, and other
questions individually. But I want to make sure the Tasks and other key sections are
addressed separately as well.
A: Yes, this is acceptable.
