To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. Scope of Submission: The RFP requests a “previously completed cost estimate submittal”
for another utility organization. Does this requirement mean the entire original document
must be provided, or would a representative portion (such as key sections or summaries)
be sufficient? If a portion is acceptable, could you please clarify which components are
considered the minimum required?
A: That is to the discretion of the respondent to this RFP, however, a representative portion
with key sections and summaries would be accepted. The key sections and summaries
would include a brief summary of the project and delivery method, methodology of
providing the cost estimates for the project, and how those estimates are presented. This
portion of a previous cost estimation should include, as many as possible, the components
outlined in Section II.A while demonstrating the breadth of service the respondent can
provide.
2. Page Count: The RFP limits the total proposal to a maximum of fifty (50) 8½ x 11” pages
(excluding cover pages, table of contents, dividers, and the Acknowledgement form).
Should the cost estimate submittal provided under Section C.2 be counted toward this 50-
page maximum, or is it excluded from the page limit?
A: The sample will be counted towards the 50 page maximum.
