We anticipate using subconsultants and will have multiple rate sheets to include. May we put our rates in an appendix and not include them in our 15 pages? Response: Acceptable. 2. Do resumes count towards the 15-page limit? Response: Yes. 3. Do you plan to use this on-call for federally funded projects? Response: No. 4. Would the City prefer short key personnel biographies to be included in the page limit or would the City prefer one-page key personnel resumes as an appendix? Response: Resumes will count toward the page count, Professionals to determine appropriate resume information to submit with proposal. 5. Please confirm what information is considered part of the 15-page proposal limit versus information that is excluded from the page limit. Response: Your full proposal is part of the 15-page limit with items excluded from the page count being the cover page, table of contents, dividers, Acknowledgement form and rate sheets. 6. Can we include an appendix of staff resumes that would not count toward the page count? Response: See question 4 response. 7. Please confirm who the proposal should be addressed to?
