EXHIBIT A – QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Can you please confirm how many total employees are employed by the City of Fort Collins?
We can offer it to part and fulltime employees with a direct bill program.
2,252 Benefit-eligible (Classified & Unclassified Management)
1,191 Not Benefit-eligible (Fluctuating & Seasonal)
3,443 Total Employees (We would love to offer to all employees with direct billing)
2. We are a direct bill platform, no integration required, this allows for customization on
deductibles, annual limits, and reimbursement rates. Would you consider a program that is
not payroll deduction to allow for customization?
Yes!
3. Do you currently offer a current provider?
No. This is a new benefit offering, and as such, there is no incumbent provider.
