Is there a way for us to get into those areas to see everything involved? o There are four properties that have fencing  A43 Police Services  A15 Drake Water reclamation  A13 Water Pollution  A25 Utilities Services o Response: : Carole is available to escort anyone wanting to visit these properties. The escort will start at A43 Police services on August 5, 2025 at 8:00 AM in the parking lot. • Is there a current contract/budgets? o Response: There is not a set budget for the RFP. The current contract is set to expire in September. • I am having trouble finding a few locations on google earth would you mind sending me pictures of the following locations: 144 N. MASON SUITE 1, 3156 S.OVERLAND, 6570 PORTNER RD., 700 WOOD ST o Response: A13 Water pollution 3156 S Overland is on the escort list above. All other locations can be viewed by visiting property. • B30: Storms remove from interior only – request exterior only cleaning o Response: Exterior Only cleaning storms can be removed from the exterior. • B32: Second and third floors are not on cleaning rotation schedule o Response: Correct. Only East side and vestibules are in the current requirements of the this RFP. • B44: Storm some Interior remove exterior cleaning o Response: Exterior Only cleaning storms can be removed from the exterior • B35: Requirement states interior and exterior – Explanation states exterior plus Skylight in/out o Response: Do not need to clean skylight, All cleaning is exterior only. Attachment A updated. • A17: Club Tico Special storms – Inside storage shelves blocking window access; Overrun with vines – Cost vs. end results o Response: Please submit pricing for accessible exterior windows only • A2: Fossil Creek – Confirm intent to clean I/O April and Exterior only in October (Do you need uppers twice a year?) o Response: This is once a year, exterior only, April. A schedule for cleaning windows will be coordinated with City project manager. The City project manager is to be contacted (970 221-6592) for inspection of completed buildings. Windows may need to be redone if they fail to meet the City's cleaning standard. Indicate a price per cleaning and a yearly total for each building depending on the annual frequency of cleaning. Window frame and ledqes are to be cleaned at all site.
