Questions and Answers
1. Please confirm that the blowers are to be provided with the Contractor’s pricing and not
owner furnished?
a. Correct – blowers are NOT owner furnished and should be included in the
Contractor’s pricing.
2. What is the estimated construction start date?
a. Notice to Proceed for a construction work order is anticipated to be finalized by
October 31, 2025 subject to funding appropriation and approval by Fort Collins
City Council.
