SECTION 00520
•Substantial Completion. One thousand dollars ($1,000) for
each calendar day, or fraction thereof, during one (1) to thirty
(30) days past April 15, 2026; if incomplete after thirty days, the
liquidated damages are one thousand five hundred dollars
($1,500) per calendar day, or fraction thereof, until the work is
Substantially Complete.
•Final Payment and Acceptance: After Substantial Completion,
five hundred dollars ($500) for each calendar day or fraction
thereof after sixty (60) until the Work is ready for Final Payment
and Acceptance.

Scope of work to include:
The following components are considered most
important to this project:
•Schedule; Contractor must include a detailed
schedule showing the sequence and duration
to complete the project in the allowed time. It
will be expected that the schedule is closely
followed during construction and the project
milestones are met.
•Diverting stream flows around the
construction work area.
•Dewatering and erosion control.
•Maintaining trail access during construction
