One thousand dollars ($1,000) for each calendar day, or fraction thereof, during one (1) to thirty (30) days past April 15, 2026; if incomplete after thirty days, the liquidated damages are one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) per calendar day, or fraction thereof, until the work is Substantially Complete. •Final Payment and Acceptance: After Substantial Completion, five hundred dollars ($500) for each calendar day or fraction thereof after sixty (60) until the Work is ready for Final Payment and Acceptance.
