OPENING DATE: 3:00 PM (Our Clock) July 18, 2025
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed in the following sections of this
addendum:
1. RFP Schedule Revision
The RFP Schedule is hereby revised as follows:
• Question deadline: 3:00 PM MT on June 26, 2025
• Final Addendum Issued: July 9, 2025
• Proposal due date: 3:00 PM MT on July 18, 2025
• Interviews (tentative): August 2025
• Award of Contract (tentative): September 2025
• Contract Start Date: January 1, 2026
