Exhibit 1 – Clarifications
1. Question 7 on addendum 3 revised the quantity for Item 503-00030 but was not
reflected on the Bid Schedule sent out with Addendum 4. Exhibit 2 - Bid Schedule
provided with this addendum reflects the updated quantity (highlighted in green).
2. Bid Schedule Item # 206-01781 – Shoring (Area 2) has been revised to have its own
item number of 206-01782 as shown in the attached updated Bid Schedule in Exhibit
2 of this addendum (highlighted in green).
3. Bid Schedule Item 509-00001 – Structural Steel (Galvanized) is for material shown on
the Project Plan Set Sheet 92 for the Art Foundations and includes the base plates
and anchor bolts and referenced specifically in the structural quantities on Sheet 70.
