Exhibit 1 – Questions and Answers
1. Addendum 3 question 5 states that the ½” thick minimum steel casing at the drilled
shafts is permanent, please confirm if permanent casing is full depth to bottom of shaft
or if it is only to the bedrock elevation.
Response: The permanent casing is to be for the full depth of the drilled shaft.
2. Addendum 3 question 22 stated a new bid item would be provided for Shoring (Area 2),
could you please provide an updated bid schedule with this item.
Response: Please see Exhibit 2 Revised Bid Schedule.
